Welcome to One Tiny Thing Thursday, where we choose to do one lil bit of a part of the scary, instead of trying to tackle the whole overwhelm all at once.

There’s a phone call I’ve been dreading to make because it means I may find out I was too trusting. So, I’ll make the call, as a way to find out what’s going on. Then, later I can take the time to process the information, and choose my next right step. For now, just dial and ask.

Update from last week: The darling Andy Dolph got in touch and offered to send me notes on how to create a podcast. Thank you Andy and Birdie. Also thanks to Birdie’s advice, we now have downloadable links on the Drawing from the Garden Well posts. :)

If you want to play along, then just tell us in the comments what you’re One Tiny Thing is. And if you like, you can always come back and let us know how it went too.

You know, you can get updates by email or RSS. Yay, updates!

In the comments:

We’re being open here, sharing and saying things we don’t always say out loud. What helps: Sharing your stories and Ideas. Cheering and telling what works/worked for you. What hurts: shoulds, harshness, and such. (I used to teach first grade, I can’t help it.)

Can’t bring myself to tell my bosses I’m quitting and then dealing with the backlash and the knowledge transfer issue. Have to do it, though. My tiny thing will be opening my mouth and just saying it.

    *hugs!*

That’s a rough place to be in – I wish for you that it goes well. :>

My tiny thing – in fact, seeing this post is what reminded me to go do it! :-D – was to call PayPal and find out why my biz account was being stuck.

Talked with an absolutely lovely gentleman named Caleb, and my account is now unstuck, updated, and ready for me to post ‘Buy Now’ buttons! :-D

Now, I’m working on the next tiny step – invoicing those who have needed invoicing.

Thnx for the shout-out – you are most welcome!
Glad you achieved file obedience! :-)

    Good Fortune with that!
That is a hard place to be in.
May it go as smoothly as possible. :-)
